Capture

All plans · scrolling capture requires Advanced or Premium

Window sections: Shotrev outlines the pane beneath the pointer in any application. Click to capture it, or hold Alt for the entire window.
Areas and displays: Drag a custom area with a magnifier for precise edges, or capture one display or all of them in a single image.
Scrolling capture: Select a scrolling region and Shotrev captures the complete page.
Delayed capture and shortcuts: A countdown for menus and tooltips, and customisable keyboard shortcuts.
Live screen markup: Annotate directly on the desktop during a review or call, then clear it.

All plans

Drawing tools: Pen, highlighter, line, arrow, rectangle, ellipse, polyline, text, numbered callouts and crop.
Blur and redaction: Blur or permanently redact content. “Find sensitive information” locates email addresses, phone and card numbers and redacts them.
Text and QR codes: Extract text from any capture and read QR codes, entirely offline.
Presentation styling: Backgrounds, padding, rounded corners and shadows for captures you share.

Premium

Scale and dimensions: Calibrate from a known length; dimensions then read in real units, including length, angle, radius and slope.
Revision clouds and leaders: Draw clouds as a box or point by point, and add leaders with boxed, bordered or clouded notes.
Engineering symbols: Weld symbols, hatch patterns, structural sections and discipline symbol libraries.
Takeoff and summaries: Measure lengths, areas and counts to scale, and export a summary to Excel or PDF.
Issue log: Each markup becomes a numbered issue with status, owner and comments, exportable as a PDF report or to Excel.
Revision compare: Overlay two versions of a drawing, with removals in red and additions in green.
Step guides: Numbered instructions with captures, exported to HTML, PDF or Word.

Advanced and Premium · video editing requires Premium

Screen recording: Record a display, a window or an area with microphone, system audio and webcam.
Video editor: Trim and join clips, add music and captions, and zoom or pan to focus attention.

All plans · editable projects, PDF export, pinning and sending to Office require Advanced or Premium

Editable projects: Save a capture with its markup and revise it later. Capture history finds past work by title, date or contents.
Export: PNG, PDF, clipboard and print, or send directly to Outlook, Word or Excel.
Pin to screen: Keep a capture on top of other windows while you work from it.
